International Winter Camp on Language and Data/Knowledge Technologies

Trento, February 20th-24th, 2012 

Trento RISE, the leading academic actor of the Italian representatives in EIT ICT Labs, is pleased to announce the 1st Winter Camp on Language and Data/Knowledge Technologies (LaDaKT), a one-week  event to be held in Trento, Italy, in February 2012.

The  school offers various activities such as presentations, demos, introductory  courses, laboratory tours, social events and discussions with current students and professors and aims at introducing the participants to the research and educational activities on Language and Data/Knowledge Technologies that take place within Trento RISE. As both areas are enjoying an increasing interest in the scientific and industrial communities, the program includes presentations on future opportunities as well. The school is intended to encourage students to apply for a PhD in one of the two scientific fields.  More information about education within Trento RISE can be found on www.trentorise.eu/education.
